These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibe Council website (www.vibe-council.com), the Vibe Council mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Vibe Software Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
The Services provide text generated by artificial intelligence ("AI Content") through various "personas." You acknowledge and agree that:
AI Content is for Entertainment: The Services are for entertainment and general guidance purposes only. AI Content is not factual and does not represent the real thoughts or opinions of any person, living or deceased.
Not Professional Advice: AI Content is not a substitute for professional advice. You must not rely on it as legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the AI Content. You use it at your own risk.
To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
We offer paid subscriptions that provide access to enhanced features ("Subscriptions").
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, yearly). When you purchase a Subscription through our mobile application, the payment will be processed by the respective app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and will be subject to their payment terms.
Auto-Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You must cancel your Subscription through the app store's subscription management tools.
Cancellations & Refunds: All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to the app store provider from which you made the purchase. We do not have the ability to manage your subscription or issue refunds directly.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
Fair Use Policy: The "Premium" subscription tier is subject to a fair use policy to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all users. Usage is considered to be for individual, personal use. We may consider usage to be excessive if it consistently exceeds 300 "vibe checks" per day. We reserve the right to temporarily limit or suspend service for accounts that significantly violate this policy.
You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Vibe Software Limited.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
